**QuickBuy Return & Refund Policy**
At QuickBuy, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
**Return Eligibility**
- All products are eligible for return.
- The product must be in the **same condition** as delivered (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging).
- If the product is not in its original condition, **no refund will be issued**, and the return will not be accepted.
**Return Time Frame**
- You have **7 days** from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

**Return Shipping**
- The return shipping cost will be **shared equally** between the customer and QuickBuy.
- We do **not** provide a shipping label—please ensure the parcel is securely packed and properly addressed.
**Refund Method**
- Most orders are delivered via **Cash on Delivery (COD)**.
- The same delivery person will collect the returned product.
- In the contact form, provide your **bank account details, EasyPaisa, or other payment information** for the refund.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed **promptly**.
**Exchanges**
- We **do not** offer exchanges.
- If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a **new order**.
**Non-Returnable Items**
- Products purchased during our **monthly hot sale** are **final sale** and cannot be returned.
**Damaged or Defective Products**
- If the product arrives **damaged**, we will provide appropriate compensation.
- If the damage is due to **customer mishandling**, no compensation will be given.
**Additional Fees**
- No hidden charges—only **shared return shipping costs** apply.
